"Combines knowledge of body with sensitive spiritual nature"
“For almost 10 years I have enjoyed & benefited from having Sheila Wenzel as my yoga teacher. She combines her extensive knowledge of the human body with her sensitive spiritual nature. Her training in SAYTA has added another meaningful dimension to our practice. Additionally, Sheila is just an adorable-fantastic human being." - Sandy Cook
